We offer men structure, routine in a chaotic world,

reduction in noise, and a place where honesty is normal.

STARTING THE DAY THE RIGHT WAY

Through early-morning training, shared challenge, and post-session connection, men strengthen body and mind together.
TRAIN STRONG MEN’S TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME.

A structured 8-week transformation programme for men who want to start their day the right way. This is not a drop-in club — it’s a commitment.

Two early-morning strength sessions each week (5:00am). A Saturday morning run meet-up (7:00am), followed by coffee or tea and meaningful conversation. A consistent group of men progressing through the programme together.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRORAMME.

The 8 week transformation will start at February 16th, 2026 to April 12th, 2026.

3x weekly training days – 24 sessions
Monday – 5am sessions
Thursday – 5am sessions
Saturday – 7am sessions followed by coffee/tea conversation.
